Welcome to Meeting Mastery.

Over twelve modules, you'll learn the Wicked Problem Solving system for designing and leading meetings that produce clearer thinking, better decisions, and stronger follow-through.

You'll learn to run Plays that make people's thinking visible, and to combine them into Meeting Maps for team, project, client, and change meetings. You'll use the Meeting Game Plan to Decide, Define, Design, Direct, and Deploy every meeting, apply the Meeting Compass to read the room and adjust in real time, and build the facilitation skills to lead groups with clarity and confidence.

You'll practice each tool as you learn it, so you leave with visual methods you can use in your next meeting. The aim is to help your teams think better together and accomplish work they could not accomplish alone.

Follow the Modules in Sequence

Meeting Mastery contains 12 modules that build your capability step by step. Complete Modules 01–05 in order the first time through. They establish the concepts, tools, and skills you’ll use throughout the rest of the course. After that, return to any lesson or module whenever you need it.

Gather Your Physical Tools

Meeting Mastery is hands-on. 

You’ll need a notebook, markers, and sticky notes to learn and practice the method.

Earn Your Certificate

Complete all course lessons to earn your WPS Meeting Mastery Certificate. Your certificate will be issued automatically and available under My Certificates in the navigation bar. It includes your name and completion date and can be downloaded or added to your LinkedIn profile.

Meet the instructor

Tom Wujec

Tom Wujec is the creator of the Wicked Problem Solving system, a visual thinking framework refined over thirty years of problem solving with the world's most complex organizations across design, technology, education, media, and innovation.

He has authored nine books, served as a founding professor at Singularity University, worked as a creative director at one of the world’s largest museums, and helped develop advanced design and engineering technologies including Maya, which received an Academy Award for its contribution to filmmaking. Tom is one of the few people to have spoken at TED multiple times, with talks on visual thinking viewed more than 25 million times.

He has delivered more than 400 keynotes and led workshops with teams designing everything from cars, buildings, and infrastructure to video games, mines, and spacecraft. 

Meeting Mastery distills those decades of experience into a practical system for helping groups think clearly, make better decisions, and turn conversation into action.

In this course, Tom shares the tools, methods, and meeting structures he has seen work again and again in real teams with real teams facing difficult challenges.

Frequently asked questions

How long do I have access to my course?

You have six months of access from the day you enroll. Everything in the course, including the downloadable materials, is available during that time. We recommend downloading the Operating Playbook and Play Library early so you keep them as reference tools.

Do I have to complete the modules in order?

For your first progression through the course, yes. Modules 01 through 06 build the method step by step, and later modules assume you know them. After that, treat the course as a reference library and return to whichever module fits the meeting you're designing.

How do I earn my certificate?

Complete all course lessons and your WPS Meeting Mastery Certificate is issued automatically. You'll find it under My Certificates in the navigation bar, where you can download it or add it to your LinkedIn profile.

What do I need to practice the Plays?

A notebook, markers, and sticky notes. Meeting Mastery is hands-on, and the Plays work best when you run them physically as you learn them.

What if I can't log in, or I forgot my password?

Use the email address you purchased the course with. If you haven't set a password yet, or you've forgotten it, use the "Forgot your password?" link on the sign-in page to create a new one.

Who do I contact for help?

Write to us at hello@wickedproblemsolving.com. We're happy to help with any element of the course. We love learner feedback and read everything we are sent.

What is the course Refund policy?

You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you've accessed less than 5% of the course. Because the full course and all downloadable materials are available immediately, we're not able to offer refunds after that window or once more of the material has been accessed. Corporate, team, and enterprise licenses, facilitation licenses, custom services, and promotional or bundled access are not refundable.

To request one, email hello@wickedproblemsolving.com with your name, the email address you purchased with, the course name, and your purchase date. We respond within 3 to 5 business days, and approved refunds appear within 5 to 10 business days.

How do you use learner data?

We collect what we need to give you access to the course and support you while you're in it: your name, email address, billing details, and your progress through the lessons. That data is handled by the services that run the course and our email platform. We do not sell personal information.
